Digital Engagement Manager Recruitment Project Job Summary: The Digital Engagement Manager is working closely with the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager and she/he is in charge of aligning marketing objective into engagement objectives for all DTC programs. Overall, he/she acts as a key contributor who develops and executes digital channel campaigns readiness, launch, and engagement plans to support all company’s brands objectives. In this role, the Digital Engagement Manager is responsible to directly support the strategic development and execution of digital marketing initiatives (including promotions, direct marketing, mobile marketing, website design/development and content marketing) in on and off line channels, mobile and all other Direct To Consumer available touch points.

Some Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Acts as a digital marketing subject matter expert for DTC.Ensures that all DTC digital marketing programs meet legal requirements.

Leads the strategic development and execution of digital marketing projects. Coordinates and architects digital initiatives.

Identifies, evaluates and oversees external agencies and works across internal departments to effectively manage multiple projects.

Establishes processes and protocols as they pertain to digital marketing execution.Utilizes analytics software (BI) to evaluate digital promotional efforts, including

website statistics, direct marketing analysis, CRM
