Agile CoachingAgile coaching provides organisations with people-centred support for change. Our experienced agile coaches provide on-the-job, practical and in-context support that acts as a catalyst for continuous improvement. The purpose of agile coaching is to take people or organisations from one place to another, from a current state to a future better state. The journey that takes place and the transformation that can be witnessed depends upon a new way of thinking as well as new practices being embedded.

Agility in Mind’s agile coaches become the vehicle for successful transformation, where individuals and teams learn about agile and, more importantly, what business agility means. Over time, the changes made by individuals will be reflected in a new culture within the organisation, that allows it to adapt more quickly to the inevitable changes that will happen in its environment.

Agile TrainingTraining underpins all transformation activities, whether it is whole organisation, team or individual. The goal is to build confidence in new ways of working so that people are better equipped to fulfil their role and inspired to make change.

Our trainers are experienced practitioners who work with people at all levels in an organisation. Our agile training courses are workshop-style and based on the techniques used by our team with our customers on a daily basis.

Offered as standalone courses or as part of a bespoke agile transformation package, we offer a range of training to get teams started, grouped by agile frameworks, roles, certified Scrum, agile techniques and technical courses designed for software developers. Training can be delivered face to face at venues throughout the world, or online via Webex - allowing distributed teams to collaborate effectively.
