What is texting?

Sending a typed message through a phone.

Do people always use texting in good ways?

Phone Calls

What is a phone call?

Talking to someone using a telephone connection.

Do phone calls have more of a benefit than a text message?

This answer depends on the person. Some people feel phone calls are faster and more effective because you can tell if the person is mad/sad/happy/joking and that isn’t always easy when texting.

Is there a right time and a wrong time to make/take a phone call?

Yes, some people may say you are being rude if you are on the phone in the store or when others are trying to be quiet.
