EVENT TITLE DIGITAL ARCHIVE & IT REFRESHER PROGRAMME At

INTRODUCTORY

In line with 37th State conference resolution one day State level Digital Archive & IT refresher programme has been organized at Sai Janani, Bhubaneswar on 10.11.2013 from 10.00 AM to 4.30 PM.

DETAILS OF PROGRAMME

To strengthen the Digirtal Archive Team across state and accelerate the IT activities of organisatio, one day State level Digital Archive & IT refresher programme has been organized at Sai Janani, Bhubaneswar on 10.11.2013 in which 55 participants participated from 35 SAI Districts of Odisha. This is in line with the 37th State Resolution of the organization to reinforce Digital Dimension of Divine Mission. The programme started at sharp 10.00 AM with lighting of Divine Lamp by beloved State President of Odisha Sri P Jagannath Prasad Rao followed by the Welcome address by Dist President of Bhubaneswar and valuable guidance and suggestion by Secretary of State Trust, State SSSVIP coordinator. State President in his address urged all coordinators to prepare the reports of their districts in proper and efficient way so that reports can reach heart of the readers. He advised all IT members to support and strengthen the organization with their experience and expertise so that jobs can be done effectively, quickly and efficiently. He requested one and all to make organization paper free. He emphasized on the continual of Sai Activities on a sustainable manner.

The programme was then taken over by The State Digital Archive co-ordinator Br Pramod Kumar Behera who interacted with the gathering on various topics ranging from concept of Digital archiving to the role of digital archive co ordinators , tricks of good report writing . He also touched upon the future plan of the state digital archive team on website management and development activities.

In order to make the programme more interactive and effective Br Bhaskar Rao The district digital archive coordinator of Nabarangpur delivered a small informative talk on basics of good photography. In total 55 participants participated from Odisha.

State Youth & Communication Coordinator Brother Sri Narayan Prasad Sar in his valedictory address expressed his happiness of such attendance of participants during the Global Akhand Bhajan on Saturday & Sunday. He requested to have a good team at district for making an inspiring report immediately after the programme so that others can get a thrill and feel of the event. District Youth Coordinator of Bhubaneswar Brother Prabhanjan Gantayat offered his gratitude at the Lotus Feet of Swami and thanked participants, State and Bhubaneswar Samithi officials for their wholehearted support for making the programme successful. Programme came to an end with Arathi to Swami.
