  • We are proud to show the worlds first installation (outside ofJapan) of AW-4600FX LL - linerless version at the high qualitystore REWE supermarket Schulz in Cologne.

Mr. Klaus Kaminski, a key account manager of DIGI Deutsch-land, surveyed the current situation of their backroom opera-tion. As a result, he pointed out the blank space not printed onthe labels, which convinced Mr. Schulz, the store owner to final-ly change from the other brand to DIGI and select the modelAW-4600FX LL- linerless version.

The auto-label-sizing feature eliminates unused space on thelabel and automatically adjusts the label size. More labels perroll reduces operation costs in roll changing during store hoursand the label quantity per the same roll diameter is increased

Solution selling - the SM-5500 is actually the super sales personthat progressive butchers needed

Greece is suffering a very serious and deep economic crisis. As a result, our traditional main customers, the Key S/MAccounts have frozen their expansion or renovation plans.

But crisis can also create new opportunities. We realized that progressive butchers are always open to new

ideas and solutions that could improve the attractiveness of theirstores and bring in more customers.

We saw that the SM-5500 range of scales, although moreexpensive than the usual printer scales, are excellent marketingtools providing new ideas and means of communicating with thecustomers, therefore, they boost sales. They are actually thesuper sales person that our customers needed.

We participated in a local fair for meat and related equipmentcalled Meat days 2012 at the end of September, where we pre-sented the full features and potential of the SM-5500 series, including the Multimedia display, recipes, coupons, e.Labels andQueuing system, with spectacular results.

Soon after the fair we installed the first four units of SM-5500PLUS with optional receipt printers at the Martakis Meat Mar-ket. Mr. Martakis said, I am impressed! Through the Multime-dia display I can relay to our customers information about newproducts, promotions and special offers and advertise in a vividway the quality of our meat and service. The modern design also

uplifts the ambience and image of ourstore. And our customers love therecipes we have prepared for them.Soon I will install SM-5500 scales to myother store as well.

The second installation was at thebrand new ARKADES butcher store, inmid-October. The owner Mr. Repas, ayoung and progressive person said, TheDIGI complete solution was exactly whatI needed. It gave a boost to the newstore from day one! The relatively highinitial investment is offset by the obviousadvantages of promotional videos, recipes, and discount coupons. Thee.Labels save us money needed to

update paper labels daily and give uspeace of mind as they are updated auto-matically. And the queuing system is ofgreat help during the busy hours of theday. At the ARKADES we installed fiveSM-5500PLUS with optional printer, 150e.Labels and a wireless TVP-1500 for theQueuing system.

At the end of October we installedseven units of SM-5500PLUS at one of thebiggest and oldest meat stores in Athens,Porky. The owner, Mr. Ioakimides ishappy with his investment in the newscales. He said that he appreciated the

work of Chronografiki staff in settingup the scales, providing photos, videos, recipes and training his peo-ple in order to make the best fromtheir unique features and he is confi-dent that his happy customers willbe even happier with the upgradedservice.

Through November 1st we havefirm orders for three more stores andadvanced negotiations for severalmore!

Martakis Meat Marketinstalled the first four units ofSM-5500P PLUS, and con-tinued the installation. The Multimedia display helpsboost sales and give mes-sages to customers.

Mr. Repas said, The DIGIcomplete solution wasexactly what I needed.ARKADES installed SM-5500P PLUSs, 150 e.Labelsand a wireless TVP-1500 forthe Queuing System.
