2. lift up the coning head (21 from the inSErt style-fo.101 1tu11 is desi1'1ed to re-enforce strenglh to the box.

3. Slide U1e cutting head tlu~ 1~1 U1e reE'lf 9.1ppat post's shaft as Sic:rt,n in U1e lower diagram and saew on !he adjurunent knob.

4. Slide U1e Blade Qianl i1to the hex bolt (3) located at the rear of ri(111 side of the Eleclric.al Control Box (5) and fasten tighUy u9ng !he knob screw (4 ).

BEARING HOUSING INSTALLATION To remove the bearing housing:

1. Remove the 4 screwsor1 the b8 l 9mrd (Attach to Belt Q1ard Bracket.). 2. Remove the l>Ell gmrd rrcm Bracket. 3. LOOSEll the tigfllEft $Crew from !he end of bfade·s Pulley Shaft, remove

the Belt from Pulley. 4. Remove the blade nut and the blade (if there is one presenl). 5. Remove the 4 screwsor1 the cutting head to remove the becr-ing

housing Qncfu<ing the iiner ftange:).

To Inst all t he new bearing housing:

1. Be sure !hat you have cornpleted the inSIJUctions abc,.,e to remove the old bearing housing.

2. Open I.he box an<.I careh1lly place the lat 1>ortioo of the new bearing housing faoe-down on a towel ;tuated on a ffat surface.

3. Secure the cutdng he.,;1d in a oon1pfetet,' hori?011tal p09tion. 4. Slide the new Bearing Housing 'Mth the tat portion facing upwards onto

the 4 screws located belc,.v the Cutting Head. Do this carefully to avoid damage t o t he Inner flange, Lock the bearing hc-1;ng into J>laoe by using brackets and nuts.

5. Place the Belt on the 1mlleys, and make &ire 1.he Pulley lod< WeN is tight cx:nectly <.irect to 1.he key pin . Beft tightness has been pre-set, no a<~usbnent necessacy, Warning: Do not adjust the Inner Flange that 1, attad'led the beari ll:t'. housing f'l'om the 0r1g1nal package.
