I tend to think that your logo is the face of your business. It is how you are recognized. It reflects your personality, or in case of your business, your values and principles. It is also the most powerful marketing tool known.

Your logo design establishes your identity.

The power of the logo lies in its visual nature. Studies have shown that people recognize and relate to images faster then text. In today’s world of multimedia, this rings more true then ever.

Branding goes way beyond just a logo or graphic element. When you think about your brand, you really want to think about your entire customer experience…everything from your logo, your website, your social media experiences, the way you answer the phone, to the way your customers experience your staff. When you look at this broad definition of branding, it can be a bit overwhelming to think about what is involved in your brand.

In short, your brand is the way your customer perceives you.

It is critical to be aware of your brand experi-ence and have a plan to create the brand experience that you want to have… a good brand doesn’t just happen… it is a well thought out and strategic plan.

This series of programmes allowed the general public access to university lectures hosted by Saint Mary’s professors. The idea behind the logo was many people from different backgrounds coming together to learn.

These have been the highest attended programmes held at the library. This was a very successful direct mail campaign. The poster was accordion folded to make it easy to mail.

This series of books provides information and statistics related to various forms of cancer. The design used for the cover needed to be consistent across the range of books. The concept behind the design tried to convey the complexity of cancer and also be cell like in appearance. It’s pretty difficult to solve a puzzle that doesn’t have a picture.

It’s all about visibility at trade shows. It’s very important to plan carefully to ensure your core messaging is expressed throughout the environ-ment in various forms of media for optimal impact. Cognizant that your exhibit space is an extension of your company, it’s crucial to create a space that is both engaging and inviting.
