Pilot interviews in 10 companies (2006)- Hierarchical index with 31 unchanging questions/items in 15 dimensions on the quality of work
strictly from the employees’ point of view and in three partial indices: 1. resources (e.g. influence) = > weighting 1/32. load and stress (e.g. time pressure) = > weighting 1/33. income and security = > weighting 1/3
- Concept underlying is a requirements-and-burdens concept rooted in ergonomics - Component (a) Workers’ job expectations
models: (b) Job satisfaction(c) Workplace emotions
- Also: Changing modules on topical issues (approx. 1.5 of 6 pages)- Survey: Early each year (2007, 2008, 2009 etc.); always at least 6,000
interviews with employees aged 15 and over- Sample: Representative randomised sample based on access panel from
