What is DFSS

Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) is the act of designing a product, process or service resulting in a Six Sigma (virtually defect-free) output that satisfies both external customer and internal business critical to quality, delivery and cost requirements

DFSS is cross functional and customer driven process

DFSS is structured problem solving process focused on predicting and preventing defects.

What is DMAIC

DMAIC is the act of improving a product, process or service resulting in a Six Sigma (virtually defect-free) output that satisfies selected external customer and/or internal business critical to quality, delivery or cost requirements

DMAIC is cross functional and customer driven process

DMAIC is structured problem solving process focused on eliminating defects.
