ABOUT USEstablished in February 2016 as a provider of integrated offshore subsea services to the oil and gas industry for the American Region (Central and North America and South America).

It operates through its base office located in Houston which is an established Hub for the Oil and Gas activities in the region. DDS has ahas access to a wide range of diving units for shallow and deep water interventions, ROV Systems, Underwater hydraulic & Pneumatic tools, NDT equipment and a eet of Diving/ROV Support Vessels.

Though HSE is a line responsibility, the top management of DDS takes the ultimate accountability for all HSE matters in the company. DDS ensures ththat this policy is implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization both onshore and offshore.

DRUG, ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICYDevelopment Diving Services strictly prohibits consumption or being under inuence of drugs, alcohol or any intoxicating substances that would impair the performance of work and pose a threat to health, sasafety, legislations or work environment.

OFFSHORECONTRACTING

INSPECTION REPAIR AND MAINTENANCEDDS has vessels and equipment specically designed for the offshore intervention services required to inspect, maintain, and repair existing subsea facilities. Dynamically Positioned Dive Support Vessels (DSVs) with Saturation Dive Capabilities are utilized for shallow water while dynamically positioned dynamically positioned Multi Support Vessels (MSVs) with integrated ROV and survey systems are deployed on deep-water projects. Our Saturation Dive Capabilities range all the way up to 350 meters of depth. We have access to High speed Broadband on the Vessels at offshore that allows us to provide real-time monitoring of projects by way of Video Streaming project coverage on-shire. SUBSEA ENGINEERING AND INSTALLATIONDDS has a reliable team of excellent Engineers that posses the capabilities to carry out feasibility studies, installation engineering and create safe and accurate working procedures with respect to Installation or decommissioning Offshore Structures mainly pertaining to the subsea domain. Along with this, we have a team of efficient Divers and a eet of dependable ROVs that allow us to translate our Studies into action at the highest qualihighest quality. Our capabilities extend the below range that in no way is limited. As is evident from the name of the Company, DDS is at its Core a Diving Company. DDS commits to providing the best Subsea Services for Depths upto 350 MSW by its Diving Capabilities and through Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for Deep Water Operations.• Maintaining a Competitive Team of Skilled Air and Saturation Divers, Supervisors and Technicians ready to be mobilized at short notice. •• Operating Dive Support Vessels with Capability for Saturation Diving• Maintaining Portable Air and Saturation Dive Systems• Ensure compliance to Class Regulations, Recommended Practices by International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (OGP), International Marine Contractors and Association (IMCA) guidelines and updated Industry practice

AIR DIVE OPERATIONSDDS has the capabiliDDS has the capability of Mobilizing Air Dive Systems capable of carrying out Dives to 50 MSW. In accordance with OGP guidelines, DDS tries to keep such systems Classied with IACS member Class, whenever nancially and commercially feasible. All the Dive Vessels are integrated with Classed Dive Systems and in addition, DDS has Portable Modular Dive Systems that can be mobilized on Vessels to attain Full Air Diving capabilities within limited time.

SATURATION DIVING OPERATIONDDS maiDDS maintains the capability to mobilize multiple Saturation Diving Projects simultaneously within a short response time. We maintain all our Diving Systems within IACS Class.

DDS is one of the Few Diving Companies that has access to Equipment allowing Diving to depths of 350 MSW with its special range of Dive Systems and Dive Support Vessels.

ROV ServicesDDS through its in-house equipment and access to equipment through its partners can mobilise Deep Sea ROV Systems with Inspection and Work Class capabilities for a wide rrange of Services. DDS utilizes its ROV eet for Diver Monitoring, Economical Unmanned underwater intervention projects and Deep Sea Intervention.
