Antunovich Associates is experienced in the preservation and adaptive re-use of diverse types of historic buildings ranging from residences to office towers. The firm directed the rehabilitation and conversion of the landmark Reliance Building, in Chicago into a 122-room boutique hotel, The Hotel Burnham. The firm has meticulously restored the former Ransom R. Cable Mansion, a Chicago Landmark building, as well as the neighboring landmark Samuel M. Nickerson Mansion and the John B Murphy Memorial Auditorium buildings. Antunovich Associates has also completed res-torations of historic buildings in Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, Cambridge MA, and San Francisco.
