Only the Bonade and regular Marine and Marine related courses (Like Marine Engineering, Nautical
Science, Naval Architecture, Petroleum, BBM Shipping and etc.,) can participate in the tournament.
The team managers should bring TEAMS eligibility Proforma duly signed by the Authorities.
The players should bring their Institution Identity Card and Bonade Certicate should be attested by
the Authorities of their Institution
Matches will be conducted on knock out Basis. (Depend on the No. of entries) The latest rules will be
followed
The decision of the umpire will be nal and in case of any dispute the Captain/ Manager of the team
may contact the organizing committee
Each team has to pay Rs.1000/-as caution deposit which will be refunded, deducting the cost of any
damages if any at the time of vacating the campus.
The players will be provided with unfurnished accommodation for outstation teams.
Last date of Entry is 10th March 2018.
Attractive Cash Prizes, Certicates, Medals & Trophies for Winners & Runners for all games.
The overall team championship trophy will be decided as per points system.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Registration fee of Rs.100/- per head will be charged.
All the team Managers / coaches are requested to report along with the teams at the university
reception on or before 13th March 2018 morning 06:00 hrs. Fixtures will be drawn on 13th March
2018 at 06:15 hrs.
March-past will be on 13th March 2018 at 07:00 hrs. In this regard, Institution can also bring the
separate march-past team along with their respective institution ag. The winners and runners of
march-past will be awarded with attractive trophy and followed by inaugural function.
