• Her flat is located to the right of the entry way. You will see her on weekdays at breakfast. Do not hesitate to go and see her in case of an emergency. She will not be around during the week-ends. In that case contact a “responsible” Gaëtan (room 113) or Boris (room 308)

• You will be introduced to them on your arrival. Access • 2 minutes from La Catho.

• There are two ways to enter the building: 1. From rue Norbert Séguard:

- Gate 1 (black): Entry code: 0018302 - Gate 2 (black and blue): Entry code: 0891726 - Wave the magnetic badge on your keychain in front of the

scanner by the door. 2. From rue de la digue.

- Gate entry code : 0891726 - Wave the magnetic badge on your keychain in front of the

scanner by the door. • To exit the building, press the silver button to the left of the door. • To exit the complex, press the silver button to the left/right of the gate. • There is an elevator.

Room • Each room is equipped with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. • Bedding (sheets, a blanket, pillow) and dishes (silverware, bowl, plate,

glass) will be provided. Bathrooms • Each room has a bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror and bath. Technology • There are no telephones in the rooms.

• Internet is available in every room. Ethernet cords are not provided. Internet student responsible: Jean (room 418)

Common spaces

• There is a TV room on the 3rd floor. Room 327. • The entry code is CX1492.

Kitchen • There are kitchens on the 2nd, 4th; 5th, and 6th floors. • They are equipped with the stoves, microwaves, a sink and a

refrigerator (since the refrigerator is not provided in every room) • Please remember to clean up after yourself and to turn off all lights

and burners before leaving the kitchen. • Recycling bins are available.

• Dish soap is not provided. • The entry code is CX1492.

Breakfast • The breakfast room is to the left of the entryway. • A self-serve breakfast is available Monday through Friday 7am – 9am.

Laundry • Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor to the right of the mail boxes.

• Your room key opens the door to the laundry room. Please remember to always lock the door when leaving.

• There is one washer and one dryer. • The machines require tokens that can be bought from the caretaker at

breakfast. Tokens cost 1 € each. • To reserve the laundry room, please indicate your room number on the

sign-up sheet on the door. Housekeeping • The rooms will be cleaned once during the month.

• This consists of washing the floor and the sink. Remember to clear these surfaces, because a messy room will not be cleaned.

• The caretaker will inform you of the date that your room will be cleaned.

Garbage and recycling

• The garbage cans and recycling bins are located at the end of the courtyard.

• The receptacle with a red lid is for recyclables. • The bin with the gray lid is for garbage. • It is forbidden to put your garbage in the breakfast room or anywhere

else in the residence. Mail We suggest that you have any mail sent to the European Summer Program,

and we will deliver it. If your mail arrives after your return home, we will be able to contact you in order to forward it. The address is:

Rules • Quiet hours begin at 10pm. • Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. Usage may lead to expulsion

from the residence. The caretaker will be happy to answer any other questions you may have. If you cannot get in touch with her, feel free to come see Karima in the European Summer Program office.
