OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (reference number: OLDP)

Delphi is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join an exciting Operations Leadership Development Program, which is designed to develop Delphi’s next generation of leadership.

The program consists of four rotations, with one or two of these rotations outside of an employee’s home country. Operations Leadership Development Program positions are throughout the Operations organization, both centrally and within our divisions, in all functions across the Operations organization, including:

Manufacturing Quality Engineering

Production Control Logistics

The program is led by senior Delphi Operations professionals and mentors and is committed to developing strong leaders for the future with the opportunity for accelerated career growth. Following successful completion of this rigorous program, employees are placed in positions that continue to provide development opportunities and increasing responsibility.

We are looking for: Fluent English skills (knowledge of a second

European language will be an advantage), Students or graduates of Operations Management,

Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Detail oriented, Lean knowledge,

Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines,

Excellent written and verbal skills, Campus leadership positions, Open-minded people with willingness for travelling

and working abroad, Candidates with multinational experience (not

required).
