We develop enterprise solutions in interactions recording and advanced analytics that capture interactions and transactions from various sources and different actors, extract insights and generate the impact in real-time in order to increase operational assurance and efficiency.

At the biggest scale customers there are over 12,000 concurrent agents producing nearly 18M monthly call volume. It’s recorded by 150 loggers and analyzed by 50 analytics servers with 100% assurance.

Our engineers participate in all the flows related to interactions recording, storing and analysis capturing more than 1,000 channels per one system.

The technologies that our team use vary from classical system programming on C and C++ to the newest languages and libraries in .NET and Java.

To verify the features and durability of such a complex solution, we combine both manual and automatic testing in functional and system areas with wide usage of virtualization - more 15 virtualization servers running over 600 virtual machines simultaneously.

We’re engaged in development and testing of the world’s best-selling speech recognition software that supports 70+ languages with 99% recognition accuracy. The software can be launched at all the popular platforms – Windows, Mac, iOS, Android.

In enterprise sector our team takes part in creating of the front-end speech recognition reporting solution for radiology. It guarantees up to 99% accuracy out-of-the-box. The product posses about 90% healthcare radiology market in the USA.

In mobile area we design the voice assistant for Windows 8 based devices. It functions in both online mode via cloud base recognition service as well as in offline mode using local recognition. As a content aggregator, our product interacts with the broad set of mail and calendar services, social networks, web search, local and online media content.
