Pre-Conference Inbound Shipping to the Denver Marriott City Center:

• Boxes and materials sent to the hotel for the event must not reach the hotel before August 17, 2016.

• The hotel charges a box handling fee for each shipped box based on weight. Please see the next page for detailed pricing. You will be required to pay on-site at the UPS store located in the hotel.

Post-Conference outbound shipping from the Denver Marriott City Center:

• All Conference material must be labeled and picked up by your preferred carrier on August 23, 2017 before 11 a.m.

ACCESS TO THE LOADING DOCK- DENVER MARRIOTT CITY CENTER

Dear Valued Guest:

If you are having items shipped, delivered or delivering anything that will need to be unloaded on the loading dock, here are a few guidelines to follow:

1. The clearance to the loading dock is 13 feet, 9 inches.

2. The dock height is 3 feet, 6 inches from the ground to the platform.

3. The Freight Elevator from the loading dock to the Ballroom level (Lower Level 2) is 8.7 feet high, 9 feet deep and 5.8 feet wide with a 9,000 pound capacity.

4. If the company or individual making the delivery is anything other than UPS or FedEX, dock clearance must be approved by the building management company a minimum of 48 hours in advance. The following information will be required in order to obtain dock clearance:

• Type of vehicle and size (anything larger than 32 feet bumper to bumper will not be granted access to the loading dock after 6:00am or before 5:00pm). • Name of company.

• Name of the group or event.

• Date and estimated time of delivery and pick up if applicable.
