We've committed to reduce our carbon footprint per occupied room by 12 percent and water usage per occupied room in waterstressed areas by 12 percent by 2017. Read the communication from The White House and find out more about the pledge. Watch for an update posted on Merlin, coming soon. Be on the Lookout for the AJC's Top Workplaces Survey This week, a random selection of Atlanta colleagues will receive an email from independent research company WorkplaceDynamics inviting them to participate in the Atlanta Journal Constitution’s “Top Workplaces 2016” survey. If you Who's Making News Congratulations to SVP, Global Solutions Delivery, Laura Miller, who was named one of Women in Technology’s Women of the Year (in the large/enterprise organization category). The award acknowledges female technology executives in Georgia for their leadership, vision, business acumen and making a difference in their communities. What's Happening with Our Brands • Ondemand travel for IHG® Rewards Club members just got easier as they travel to and from IHG's U.S. hotels. An Uber button is now located within the IHG App to help members book a ride. Members who are firsttime Uber riders will earn an introductory 2,000 IHG Rewards Club points and $20. Beginning early 2016, members can also activate ride reminders as they travel within the U.S. Download the IHG App .

Please keep the following guidelines in mind when planning afood delivery to the Ravinia office:
All food delivery vehicles must park at the loadingdock. All food deliveries must be escorted by an IHG employee from thereception area. Delivery persons are not, for any reason, to be onany of the IHG floors unattended.Please ensure that the restaurant/catering company has your firstand last name, contact number and/or a backup contact so thatReception knows who to contact.Receptions desk and mail room are not authorized to sign for orkeep food deliveries.Please retrieve your food order in a timely manner so others arenot kept waiting for delivery.

All guests must turn in visitor badges when departing each facility.
