She began her career as an Instrument Engineer in Sime Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1990 before
moving to Project Management discipline, with MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1995. Her
experience encompasses Project Engineering experiences to Project Manager of different
types of Oil & Gas contracts before assuming her current position as CEO of MMC Oil & Gas
Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
In her 30 years in the oil & gas industry, she has been involved in projects ranging from
Conceptual, FEED, Detailed Design, Fabrication/Construction, Hook-up and Commissioning,
EPCC and EPCIC projects locally and also outside of Malaysia.
She has actively served on the council of the Malaysian Oil & Gas Services Council (MOGSC) for
10 years, serving as an elected EXCO for the 2010/2012 tenure, Vice President for 2 terms,
2012/2014 and 2014/2016 and currently the elected President for her 3rd term for year
2020/2022. MOGSC is an NGO serving the Oil & Gas industry, bridging the gap between
industry and stakeholders needs and expectation. MOGSC has currently over 500 members
from the whole supply chain of the Malaysian Oil & Gas industry.
She was also nominated in 2017, by Amazons Watch Magazine/CELD (Centre for Economic and
Leadership Development) as one of the Top 50 Female Energy Leaders in Emerging Economies
(Asia/Africa). She was a board member of the Malaysian Board of Technologist (MBOT), an
organisation that is responsible to accredit technologist and technicians in Malaysia.

Ts. Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha received her Bachelor of
Electrical and Engineering degree (BEng(Hons)) and
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from
Nottingham University, England.

Norhazlina is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Professional Industrial Hygienist
(CPIH), awarded by the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (BGC) and Malaysian Industrial Hygiene
Association (CPIH) respectively in 2015.
She is currently the General Manager, HSSE Change & Communication at PETRONAS since Jan
2019. She joined PETRONAS in 2000 as the environmental & health executive and has since been
with the group serving as Industrial Hygienist, where she was appointed as Custodian in 2014.
She has been instrumental in raising the Industrial Hygiene awareness and shaping Occupational
Safety & Health (OSH) Culture beyond PETRONAS. She is now the President of Malaysian Industrial
Hygiene Association (MIHA – since 2016), Board Member, Asian Network of Occupational Hygiene
(ANOH - since 2015), President Elect, International Occupational Hygiene Association (IOHA - since
Oct 2020) and the Chairman, Malaysian Federation of Occupational Safety & Health (MyFOSH -
since Sept 2020).
Her key experiences included being the team leader for the development of Malaysia’s National
Mercury Management Guidelines in 2011, written numerous technical standards such as risk
assessment, chemical management, noise, mercury, human factors; Conducted numerous Health
Risk Assessment (HRA) and exposure monitoring (chemical, noise, radiation, heat stress, vibration,
IAQ); and development of Safety Culture and Leadership program. She is also a trained Solutions
Focused Coach.

Niloy is a development economist with specialization in effective institutions and
capacity development. He previously led the UN System Affairs Group in UNDP,
based in New York. In this position he led UNDP's interface with UN agencies, funds
and programmes, and with Member States in the arena of intergovernmental
affairs. He has also led UNDP's engagement in the round of UN reforms.
In previous assignments, he has been the Director of Knowledge, Innovation and
Capacity Development Group; and Team Leader and Policy Advisor of Asia-Pacific -
all for the Bureau for Development Policy in UNDP. He is highly familiar with the
region, having been a regional policy advisor who supported countries in Asia-Pacific,
and set up of the Singapore Policy Center for UNDP.
Niloy was appointed as the Resident Representative for Malaysia, Singapore and
Brunei Darussalam on March 7, 2019. Niloy has a Masters in Economics from New
Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru University and is a Fellow of the City University of New York.
