This organization helps cover the cost of education so

these single moms have a chance to support

their children and create a better life.

Terms and Conditions:

•Minimum order $200.00 Re-order $100.00

•We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and

Net 30 WAC.

•No COD orders

• FOB: Florida

•All orders shipped best way by UPS or FedEx unless

otherwise specified by customer.

•For custom orders minimum quantity is 24 per design.

•Past due balances will be assessed 1 1/2% finance

charge per month, or the highest allowed by law.

•Returned check will be assessed a $35.00 service

charge.

•Accounts over 90 days will be sent to collection and all

fees related to collection will be assessed.

•All claims must be made in writing to Defy Brands within

7 days of receipt of products.

•Prices subject to change without notice.

•All cancellations must be made in writing prior to ship

date. No cancellations allowed after ship date.

•Standard delivery is 3-4 weeks after receipt of order for

stock items and 4-6 weeks on backorders.

• Returns subject to a 20% restocking charge, plus return

freight charges.
