Our system is not an "automatic telephone dialing system." It does not

generate numbers to dial. The end user can change the settings daily,

for each agent, or group, or campaign.

Our prerecorded scripts are not solicitation. They are surveys and

informational. Only after the customer gives invitation or permission, is

the call transferred to a live agent who then completes the goal of the

call.

The customer is in complete control of the call. Their verbal response

determines if the call continues with an agent, ends, or they are added
