Footnotes:Debora Chamkaga and her husband Jason Mtolela have a 27-month old

girl, Aimee who loves the children’s Sabbath School, so they make sure they come

to the early service. They have enjoyed the worship and warmth of Sligo for the

past three years. Debora enjoys singing and loves children, so their household

is joyful. Jason likes to read and do volunteer service. Gardening and family

togetherness are important to them and Jason’s sister, Debora Mwijarubi, is part

of their extended family.

The Christiansen family has been attending Sligo faithfully since their bap-

tism three years ago. On that same day, August 15, 2009, Ayden was dedicated.

Today his baby sister Milena will be dedicated. Vic, an x-ray technician, and

Cynthia, an ultrasound technician, both desire that God will be in the picture

as they raise their children. May this church family provide them with the

encouragement they need to keep God the main focus of their lives.

Othneil Joseph is a Washington Adventist University student and leader in the

Sligo Pathfinder Club.

Michael Edwards and his wife, Charlene have two sons, six-year old Sean and

two-month old Jaxon. Michael coaches the Sligo Church Varsity Team.
