Marina graduated from the University of Toronto, Canada. Marina joined Sigma Citra Caraka (‘Sigma’) as a Project Manager in 1989 and became CFO in 2000. In 1994 Marina co-founded Indo Internet (‘Indonet’) along with Toto Sugiri.
Inghie founded Sternbridge Partners, an investment management firm. Prior to that he served as Country Manager of Affinity Equity Partners, Country Manager of Morgan Stanley, and worked at McKinsey and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Inghie graduated with an MBA from Stanford University and served on the Board of several banks and industrial companies.
Educated in Germany, Toto is an accomplished IT veteran who began his career in a software company before founding Sigma in 1989. He also founded Indonesia’s first Internet Service Provider, Indonet, in 1994, and holds an advisory role for Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Educated in the Netherlands, Gani began his career setting up an engineering company for data center construction in 1979. He founded Gunatronikatama Cipta (‘GASI’) in 1986, one of the first IBM business partners in Indonesia and a leading payroll service provider.
Angelo began his career in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley SEA in 2008 before joining Affinity Equity Partners. During his tenure, Angelo has completed investments across Asia Pacific with transaction value of more than USD 1.5bn in various industries. Angelo serves on the Board of DCI as a representative of Sternbridge Partners. Angelo graduated with a Master of Science degree from Stanford University.

2. PBI regulation No.18/40/PBI/2016 (“PBI18/40”) requires all Payment Processing Service Providers and their supporting services, including data center and disaster recovery center, to obtain approval from Bank Indonesia to operate their activities
