David DeMulle' Has A Laundry List Of Accomplishments In Varied Fields David DeMulle' being the executive editor of the leading newspaper of North East Valley – “The Foothills Paper” is well-known among the locals. The trust of a wide segment of people that he has earned over the years is one of his biggest achievements as an editor. Recently, his newspaper celebrated its tenth year anniversary. On this big day, he was honored with a Certificate of Congratulations from the City of Los Angeles and the Seventh Council District. David DeMulle' has a laundry list of accomplishments in various other fields. In 1985, he created the first toner cartridge refilling company in the US in partnership with Lt. George B. Robinson. This was a work project by them for the Highland House shelter system, which later became one of the first e-Waste recyclers in California. In the next few years, David set up a company named – “Organization for Strategic Studies” to create jobs and training for service disabled veterans. His efforts to serve the disabled veterans not only won him immense appreciation, but also many awards from the State of California. Later, he also served as a Subject Specialist for the local OSHA office with the field of Sidero-silicosis and toner migration. He even filed for and received a patent filing, for the only EPA/AQMD permitted Waste Toner Catalytic Converter in California. David DeMulle' is a licensed “Military Affiliate Radio Station” operator, providing voice communications from local families to service personnel serving in the Middle East. Besides that, he is also an "Incident Response Photographer” with his work displayed in the LAFD Flicker sites and the Calif. Fireman's Grapevine Magazine. Since 2000, he has been working as a Department of Toxic Substances e-Waste Handler and has created several recycling operations in Tujunga, California.
