out my duties as Construction Manager as previously stated but I also

interviewedsub-contractorsandwasput inchargeofawardingall

thetradecontracts.Forthisprojectrecruited48personnelapprox.

majorcontractsboth inLimerick.Myfirstsitetookover13months

tocomplete;itwasaresidentialblockwhichwas12floorshighand

consisted of 100 plush apartments. At the busiest end of this contract I

wasinchargeofover240tradesmenon-site.Thevalueofthiscontract

was26millioneuro(seeattachedphotographs).Thesecondcontract

was98apartments,asbeforeIhadtooversee175tradesmenonthis

contractwhichtookover11monthstocompleteandthevaluewas

21.5 million euro (see attached photograph)


Dates: January04-February05

Employer: Wise Construction, Gerald Griffin St., Limerick.

Position: Project Manager

DutiesworkingforWiseConstructionincludedfirstofalldemolition,

then building 15 apartments in blocks A and B. My duties as stated

beforeweretooversee45tradesmen,meetwithclients, liaisewith

architectural team,conferwithsub-contractors,organisedeliveries,

ensure the sitewas safe and secure, ensure the safety of staff and

adhere to all safety regulations. The price of this contract was 3.5

million euro. (see attached photograph)

Dates: September1998-Dec2003

Employer: Sheehan & Sons, Missasauga, Toronto, Canada.

Position: Project Manager

My role with this company was as Project Manager building

apartments andhousingblocks in Canada. All thiswork as timber

framing and I would programme all Sean Sheehans (Managing

Director)contractsandvisiteachsiteaccordingly.Iwouldhaveasub-

contractorsmeetingonceaweektoensureallwasonscheduleand

everythingwasinplaceforthenextweek.

Self Employed: T Form Construction, Limerick.

Position: Director

IwasdirectorofmyowncompanybuildinghousesfromArchitects

drawings and worked on several carpentry contracts. I employed

over 50 tradesmen but in 1998 I and my family decided to immigrate

to Canada for 6 years.

Hobbies and InterestsI played competitive rugby for Young Munsters in my youth and am

still involvedwithunderagerugby.Overtheyears Ihavebecomea

verykeengolferplayingoffahandicapofsevenandenjoymeeting

othersonthecourse.Walkingandreadingarealsopasttimesofmine
