Proven Methodologies for the Cloud Journey

Virtustream offers flexible choices for the SAP client’s journey to cloud through a full suite of professional and managed services. The journey begins with an assessment of your SAP landscape, identifying all SAP workloads and analyzing SAP system configurations for optimum deployment on Virtustream Enterprise Cloud. Next, Virtustream’s onboarding team takes responsibility for project planning, project management, documentation of all applications and workloads, move sequences, tests, mock cutover, and final cutover plan.

From there, SAP system migration is initiated, data and application consistency is checked before going live. Once the SAP systems go live on Virtustream Enterprise Cloud and steady-state is reached, the project is then transitioned to the Virtustream managed services team who will focus on making sure that infrastructure, operating systems, databases, and SAP Basis support function flawlessly for smooth performance of SAP applications.
