program, where, for the first time in the Army's history, the Brigade maintained all of its equipment without hiring anycivilians. So with a 20 man team of seasoned soldiers (aside from me) pushed Maintenance, turning out a moreproductive program than anywhere else in the Army. In the end we saved the 1-1AD Brigade more than 4 million dollarsin man power. While serving there i learned how to work in a fast paced environment and how to adapt to the situation iwas in. I gained a much more advanced knowledge in troubleshooting

I was then moved to a brand new Engineer Battalion that had not been stood up since WWII (1-1AD, 16th Eng,Catamounts). This was Nov 25th 2013 to present. I have been in charge of incoming soldiers since i have been hereand consistently have had a good reputation as being a hard worker and a good leader in my shop. I have spearheadedall types of maintenance and repairs on all types of army equipment in our motorpool with a strong focus on the laterallytransferred and newly bought engineer equipment. I have great experience in the harsh field environments, alwayscompleting my mission.

I have also had extra responsibilities assigned to me along with the above listed such asHAZMAT/POL training, and the Army Oil Analysis Program.
