solves the most pressingclamoring concerns of the world,  one needs the

motivation to work for such causes and the capability to solve such comple%

issues.

victim, of the atrocities against the girl child. &eing sensiti'ed from such a

bridge this gap. )y father, being a social worker, has always been the

change agent in my native town &erhampur. *is initiatives, starting from

moderni'ing government hospitals to providing for education of meritorious

yet resource(crunched students, have forever fueled my desire to give back

to the society. +)y father is a part time social worker who has been

instrumental in transforming the landscape of my region, &erhampur,ranging from instituting advanced practices in the only government hospital

in the region to providing for education for meritorious students with no

avenues to go outside the area for uality education.-  )y mother is a

supervisor in the Women and hild welfare department in the government of 

Odisha and hence # have grown up understanding subtle nuances about

which schemes a!ect maternal mortality rates more and how to minimi'e

the number of underweight babies. # come from a small town of #ndia yet #

have seen and read about the biggest developments across the world

+/edundant-. )y e%perience of problems, awareness of solutions andattachment to my roots are my motivation to work for such causes0 all # need

Growing amidst resource constraints has enabled me to increase my

eciency to maintain uality demonstrated by a consistent academicperformance with balanced e%tracurricular activities. 3 degree in electronics

engineering enhanced my analytical problem solving approach and

facilitated integration of concepts at a cross(functional level to develop novel

practical solutions. *aving gained direct e%perience in implementing such
