Wimm and a1 agreed on the development of "AMTEL"Wed, June 9, 2010 | theme: press releases

SIBUR and a group of lenders, who represents the a1 (investment unit Alfa Group), agreed on the further development of tyre holding AMTEL.

Group creditor whose interests is a1, the involvement of a SIBURu their rights requirements on group AMTEL.

SIBUR becomes the principal creditor group AMTEL "and in that capacity begins to take a more active participation in the process of optimization of financial and economic status of enterprises" Amtela ".

The parties consider that the arrangements fully reflect the objectives of the "Amtela": to prevent section property complex enterprises fully restore production and development group.

The transaction is scheduled to close before the end of June 2010.
