• Well developed fibrovascular core – Arborizing fronds
– Club-like fronds can have adenomatous component
• Two Cell types– Myoepithelial cell variably distinctive but
always present

• Colloid Carcinoma– Irregular groups of cells
– More single intact cells
– Abnormal nuclei
– Older patients
