1. Note: This installation guide is intended for experienced mechanic who has done turbo installations. If you have not done any turbo project before, please do more researches and understand the complication of installing a turbo system on a none turbo engine. This Kit is for Off-Road or Track Use ONLY, NOT for Street Use.
2. First remove the following:
Front bumper Old exhaust manifold Oil filter
3. Install new exhaust. For easier installation, you might want to remove the spark-plug
distributor temporarily.

Next install the turbo with the proper oil lines. You will have to drill a hole to the pan to install the drain fitting. Note: Make sure you check the inside of the oil pan after installed the drain plug, rotate the crank to make sure it does not hit anything. Also need to torque the bolt, or weld it, so that it won’t get loose later. Use the oil sandwich plate to feed the turbo with oil . The drain will come off the turbo to you oil pan.

Next you will need to install the 2 piece down pipe that goes from the turbo to your cat back exhaust

Now the waste gate will have to go on with the dump tube and proper vacuum lines
Time to start on the intercooler set up. After the front bumper has been removed, you will need to cut a small piece of the bumper bracket to install the lager intercooler.

Use the brackets that come in the kit to mount your intercooler. There will be a top and bottom set.

Next will be the intercooler piping. The one on the left is the one that goes to in throttle body. The one on the right is the one that comes off the turbo.

Use below Intercooler half-moon bracket, to secure the pipe.

Next, Connect the your air sensor to the cold side piping.
Next the blow off valve. Make sure to connect a good vacuum source to the top of the BOV

Last peace will be the intake tube with your air filter.
Last is to prime your turbo with oil before start your motor, also check if there is any leak.
