Managed the process of receiving sales estimates from stores, determining quantities of products to be ordered from suppliers, placement of purchase orders to the vendor suppliers and managing the delivery process to company warehouses. Collaborated with other internal departments like Marketing for development of new products to stores, Sales department for creating periodic sales estimates at the stores, city and region level, Quality assurance to ensure right quality of delivered merchandise and with Warehouse department for dispatch of the right products to the stores.
