The Client Lead mechanical engineer on the Catalyst complex portion, as well as the Wax solidification portion of the Wax Expansion project. (Portion of total project budget: US $200 million). Personally responsible for Mechanical Engineering deliverables from Concept phase through to Handover.Experience gained in Plant layout and Fe-based catalyst manufacture for Wax production, from licensed dissolution, slurry precipitation and impregnation phases, as well as back-end GEA spray drying technology and Calcination, NOx selective catalytic reduction package, Roots blower package to induce system vacuum, Licensed Falling film evaporation technology and intermediate effluent work-up (including Sodium and Potassium nitrate) for the liquid fertilizer market.
