Job Description in Present & Past Employer Company:-

I am working for Huawei Bangladesh Now. I am working in Teletalk Existing Billing system & also working for the upcoming CONVERGENT BILLING SYSTEM (CBS) of Teletalk, Bangladesh. And Especially I am working for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).When I joined Baglalink IN-VAS Operation & Maintenance Dept at first I was looking afterOperation al & mainten ance related work with the support of some well-know local & international vendor like Huawei, ARPU+, SSD- Tech, On-Mobil e etc. I was working with them maximum time with Linux mach ine. There are about 40 3 rd party services in Banglalink. I was the POC of Banglalink CRBT Phase-3 expansion project. After 6 months I was given extra work which was mobile finan cial services. That time I was working in a team with the support of COMVIVA, India. Banglalink Mobil e Financial Services are like- Mobile Train-tick et; Mobil e Remittan ce through EBL & DBL; Mobile bill pay of power supply company like-BPDB, WZPDCL and Qubee mobile Bill pay; CWASA mobil e Bill pay; Mobil e Concert ticketing. One of my regular important regular works was MFS servers health check. And we always had to check that, transactions are running fine or not. If we found any probl em we troubleshoot of the probl em by ourselves & sometimes by the remote support of Vendor (COMVIVA). Sometimes we have to depl oy new technical patch with the support of vendor for the betterment of the services. Now I am transferred recently from VAS to IN (Intelligent Network). Here we change the tariff of voice call (local & ISD),sms, mms etc. by using a tariff tool software. Sometimes we have to depl oy new technical patch with the support of NSN for the betterment of the service. One of my regular important regular works is All (9) INs, IPD, B&R health ch eck .

Here we work with the international vendor NSN (Nokia Siemens Network). Now I was working for the MCA&VMS Project of ZTE Corporation.
