I am having 6 years of experience in ultrasonic testing and 1 years 6 month in PAUT and TOFD(sonomatic microplus II / Omni Scan) in fabrication of pressure vessels and reactors, etc. for the

oil & gas, refineries and fertilizer industries.

Working with Larsen and Toubro Heavy Engineering Services, Sohar, Oman on behalf of M/sIXAR LLC as Senior Technician..

- To take the print out of Seams to be NDT tested.- Planning of NDT work.

- Set up of TOFD equipment and Data acquisition, scanning interpretation.- Performance of A-scan Ultrasonic testing using different Instruments- Setup, Perform and Analyze Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of Piping Joints

- Carrying out Magnetic particle testing using Prod and Yoke- Carried out Hot MT- Carrying out Penetrant testing

- Carrying out Positive material identification using X-met 5000 PMI Machine- Took part in NDT demonstration during ASME Demonstration- Took part in TOFD Demo during Audits and Customer visits

Continuous maintaining and cleaning of UT Calibration blocks
