JOB DESCRIPTION :

Play active role in the development and execution of electrical, instrumentation & control engineering for projects assigned. Knowledgeable in multidisciplinary engineering domains with concentration in field instrumentation like temperature, pressure, level and flow measuring devices including sensors, transmitters, flow meters, analyzers, control valves, etc.

Handle LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) projects; evaluate initial ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents from clients. Review customer enquiry documents and understand their technical requisites. Perform initial site survey to determine field construction material, the required manpower, scaffolding, tools

& equipment, create BOM (Bill of Material); which leads towards overall project estimation. Participate in detailed engineering design, FEED and HAZOP review for both online and shutdown projects. Perform product selection, sizing & model decoding according to the given process values. Prepare inquiry requisitions to vendors and suppliers from local and overseas market. Review vendor recommendations, manufacturer documents & drawings; evaluate & compare techno-

commercial offers from different vendors to determine best possible solution to be proposed to the client. Prepare proposal documents and provide best technical and cost-effective solution to fulfill customer needs. Prepare estimation of engineering, material, equipment & manpower required for the project. Liaise with clients; prepare and submit technical and commercial bids for tenders and meet deadlines. Monitor the outcome of proposals and record all commercial and technical feedback received from clients. Interface with end-users to ensure all design work is carried out to optimizing final costs.

Provide technical recommendations/clarifications and on-site support to the customer. Assist the project manager in the development and execution of projects. Prepare budgets to individual contracts, including outsourced personnel and rental equipment. Review detail engineering, develop project documentation and comply with project deliverables. Once the project order is awarded, procure and supply construction material as per the project schedule. Handle SAT/FAT, site construction, inspection & testing activities. Monitor project progress; comply with HSE safety procedures and ensure professional quality is delivered. Handle workforce, supervise site activities & make sure the daily progress is in line with the project schedule. Manage project execution, installation of products and project commissioning. Inclined towards quality of work and adhere to safety regulations especially in potential/hazardous areas. Read and interpret technical drawings (P&ID, Layouts, Hook-up, Isometric, wiring drawings, etc.) Assist with the preparation of project As-Built documentation & liaise with customers for project deliverables.
