2014 - Liaison Officer and staff officer in the Danish Defence Department, Strategic Tendering Office.Responsible for technical and maritime issues in the tendering material.

2014 Head of Planning Staff, The Defence Maintenance and Workshop OrganisationResponsible for budget, development and implementation of the planning system & procedures, in all 27 workshops (ca. 700 employees). Results, optimised, transparent and improved capacity planning process, due to implementation of LEAN principles.

2013 - 14 Head of Maintenance Area Maritime, The Defence Maintenance and Workshop OrganisationChief of maintenance- and production planning staff and two production areas in Frederikshavn and Korsør, in all approx. 250 employees in 15 workshops. Budget responsible. Responsible for the supervision and production and weapon installation of the Danish Frigate Program. Representative in the Frigate Programme Steering Group. By use of LEAN merged administration and planning procedures of Workshop Area Frederikshavn and Korsør. Results, optimised, transparent and improved capacity planning process resulting in cuts in OPEX.

Responsible for the overall logistic planning, prioritising of logistic assets and development of logistic directives and procedures of the Danish Navy, e.g. the deployment of a Danish Corvette to the Persian Gulf.Responsible for development of material acquisition plans.
