Experience Details in Mud Technician

• Create various combination of mud that will be used during different stages of drilling program. • Maintain fluid properties on rig site by testing fluid properties accurately. • Having the ability to interact with the Company Man, Drilling crew, Rig mixing crew and Third Party

representatives. • Proactive involvement in HSE activities including communication with rig mixing crew to advise about

safe handling of chemicals & to ensure that all personnel are wearing PPE at all times, and when mixing chemicals that correct PPE as per MSDS is being used.

• Familiar with drilling fluids, the mud materials properties, mixing order, treatment when having problems. • Optimize solid control equipment performance to minimize the buildup of low gravity solids. Make

recommendation as required for shaker screen selection and ensure adequate stocks are ordered. • Monitor Mud loss and take required action in order to resume drilling. • Maintain inventory of Chemicals at rig site. • Providing real time solution for drilling problems and provide technical support. • Provide a daily reporting system to operator, illustrating all fluid related operations & test results.

Experience Details in Drilling Support Engineer

• Works with the Assistant Driller in BHA preparation. • Worked with Directional Drilling team during set up of BHA and DD tool. • Directs mud flow(circulation) from mud pits to hole and return as directed by Driller. • Monitors trip tank as required by the operation and advises driller of unforeseen changes in level. • Assists cementing subcontract or representative with cementing operations as directed. • Performs routine rig maintenance as required with specific attention to: Mud Pump, Top Drive Assembly,

Pipe Rack, Rig Engine, Power Tongs, Power slips etc. • Rigging & Slinging • Make Casing and D/P Tally. • Daily checks on QHSE. • Loading & Unloading of Rig Equipment’s. • Making the Daily Progress Report (IADC), Weekly Reports,Inventory Reports and Incident Reports with

supervision of Tool Pusher. Filling up of JSA and PTWs.
