IN EGYPT:

November 2009-October 2012: Projects Engineer in Mansoura Company for Resin and Chemical Industries I was responsible of:

Designing and installing Japanese 500 Ton of Refrigeration chiller unit used for industrial application with all of its pipelines fabrication and erection.

Designing and planning for the new Glue plant with capacity of 200 ton/Day and provide all the required drawings using 3D modeling with solid works simulation program.

Site supervision and contacting with the contractors for equipments inspection and installation with the necessary alignment.

Site supervision for all the piping works and commissioning and hydro tests.

Site supervision for all the insulation works.

Production head for the new glue plant for 2 months for making the stabilization of the plant and making the production instructions.

Contacting with the international companies in chemical consulting and equipment fabricators for the new glue plant requirements.

Modeling and 3D simulation of the Glue project using SOLIDWORKS simulation program (steel structure –Piping –Electrical –Instrumentation).
