Jan was main project manager for a business transition project based on

implementation of a new system for credit applications. The project

covered seven countries and had a total budget of 90 MSEK. Jan took

over the project during execution and built up a team of 12 persons in

two countries. The team covered the following activities.

Contract negotiations with an international partner to provide off the

shelf system, professional services, maintenance and support.

Change management: Impact on organization and processes.

Analysis and design: Processes, business requirement, specifications.

IT infra-structure: HW, OS, middleware and application level.

Hand over to IT: Operations, Support, Maintenance.

Test management: 70+ integrations, business critical processes.
