XIII. COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

1. City on a Hill: as a physician to this free inner city clinic in Milwaukee held once a month. The clinic serves uninsured

patients, yearly since 2009

2. Camp Angel and Camp Hozhoni: as a camp physician for the summer and winter camps held in Central and Northern

Wisconsin yearly since 2009. This is a 3 day camp held for children, ages 8 through 12 who are touched by cancer

3. El Salvador Medical Mission: as a physician providing outpatient care and doing minor surgical procedures during a one

week long medical camp held at different locations in El Salvador, Central America. We see an average of 75 to 80 patients

per day per physician, yearly since 2011

4. Isla Bastimentos, San Blas, Panama: as a physician providing medical care to the Ngobe Indians that live on the islands off

the coast of San Blas, Panama, Central America about once a year for a few days in 2011
