S-300

The SM-120 is a cutting machine to longitudinally cut Habasit belts and tapes up to a width of 120 mm and a thick-ness of 5 mm. lt is especially suitable to cut sleeves (i.e. cutting to width after joining). Sleeves up to a length of 800mm can be tensioned around two rollers and be cut like this. AT-60

The AT-60 is a preparing device for skiving (grind to a thin wedge for a glued Thermofix joint) of Habasit belts up toa width of 60 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. The belt is clamped and stuck on a steel plate. It is ground manually be means of a skiving disc. Adjustment to belt thickness is done with two different settings. The AT-60 is especiallysuitable for preparation of Thermofix joints of small power transmission belts or spindle tapes.

Cutting-to-length device SL-70 has been developed for the cutting to length of Habasit profiles from a height of 8–70 mm. It can also be used for cutting to length Polycord round section belts.

A-600

The A-600 is a preparing device for skiving (grind to a thin wedge for a glued Thermofix joint) of Habasit belts up toa width of 600 mm (wider if working in several steps) and a thickness of 6 mm. It features a frame to firmly clampthe belt end and hold it in the correct position on a table for grinding of the wedge. Material is ground off using abelt sander. This belt sander is precisely guided on the frame, resulting in a skive of precisely the required geome-try. The A-600 is suitable for on-site preparation and low to medium volume preparation of Thermofix joints of con-veyor belts in the fabrication workshop.

AF-100/US

The AF-100/US is a device for preparing (die-cutting) of Habasit belts and tapes up to width of 100 mm and a thick-ness of 6 mm for Flexproof (finger) joints. The belt is securely clamped on a movable carriage. This carriage is po-sitioned in steps of 10 mm under a die-cutting head. The die-cutting head, with two knife blades, is then actuatedwith an eccentric lever, providing enough force to cut even the strongest aramid fabrics with ease. The fingers arethus cut step by step, ensuring the most precise geometry of the cut and therefore the optimum tensile strength ofthe resulting joint. The AF-100/US is particularly suited for preparing Flexproof joinable power transmission beltsand machine tapes (TF range, CM/Flexfold range, Hamid range).

The AF-30 is a device for preparing (die cutting) of Habasit belts and tapes up to width of 30mm and a thickness of 3 mm for Flexproof (finger) joints. It is suitable for the standard Habasit finger geometries with a pitch of 6 or 8 x 30 mm (different cutting heads). Die-cutting is done in just two manual strokes, resulting in the most precise finger cut and therefore optimum joint strength.The AF-30 lends itself especially well to low to high volume production of spindle and machine tapes off pre cut coils.

AF-102

The AF-102 is a device for preparing (finger cutting) of Habasit machine tapes up to width of 100 mm and a thick-ness of 2 mm for Flexproof (finger) joints. It is suitable for the standard Habasit finger geometry 8 x 30 mm. The tapeis positioned and securely clamped on an aluminum support. Fingers are then cut manually. AFZ-1200P

PQ-18

PQ-18 is a simple, cost effective tool for welding of polycord round belts. The joining operation is by blunt welding: Ends of the belt are melted by pressing them against the surface of a hotwelding plate. When a sufficient amount of belt material is melted, belt ends are pressed against each other with defined pressure and left to cool in defined position. After removing the resulting burr with a knife or by grindingyou get an optimum quality round belt joint.

PT-103

PT-600

The PT-600 is a hot-pressing device for joining of Habasit belts using the Thermofix method (skived / wedge joint).Its main purpose is for on site fitting of conveyor belts up to 600 mm width, but it can be used for stationary workshop use as well.It is of low profile design for easy access also in tight spaces, still features a stiff beam ensuring optimum pressuredistribution.The top part contains the electrical heater powered by with single phase AC. Two pre-set temperatures can be selected. Pressure is generated with two spindles tightened with a torque wrench to ensure correct pressure on the belt.The integrated belt clamping bars ensure optimum joining results by holding the belt ends excactly in the right position when the press is closed.

PF-101

The PF-101 is a hot-pressing device for Flexproof (Finger-) joining of thermoplastic belts. Its precise electronic tem-perature regulation, forced air cooling and automatic cycle control ensure hassle free joining of belts up to a widthof 100 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. Both press plates are regulated individually, pressure is adjusted by a spring system. The hot pressing device features a compact control unit, which can be detached from the press body. Handles canbe fitted to the press body in various places for optimum handling in different installation situations. The press bodyhalves can be separated for easy installation in tight space conditions, or the press can be inserted over the belt inone piece like a tong, then closed at the front and pressure applied by tightening two screws.

CD-61

The CD-61 is a cooling tong for use in the Flexproof (finger) joining system. The belt is joined in a guide rail, fixedwith two spring clips and welded in a hot-pressing device. After welding this is transferred in the CD-61 cooling tongto cool the belt down under defined pressure.
