Our LEAN processes provide a number of efficiencies that translate to a better quality product, enhanced productivity and faster delivery. With the majority of work completed on the factory floor, there is a significant reduction in the amount of labor required on the project site during installation. This means faster start-ups and reduced or eliminated weather related delays. In regions where it’s challenging and costly to source site labour, this reduces the overall cost and is more economically feasible.

Facilities destined for operation in remote locations around the world are more complex in terms of the design process. We approach the design and construction of these facilities with consideration for the mode of transportation to your project site (which may include any combination of truck, train, ship, barge, aircraft, helicopter and snow vehicle), as well as any unique challenges related to onsite installation and operation of your facility.
