Curvic couplings are used for high precise indexing accuracy required

applications! Some of the widely used applications are Auto – 90 degree

Milling Head, Servo Index Table , Hydraulic index table, CNC lathe Turret,

Pallet Changer, Grinding wheel changer etc.

Purpose: Curvic Coupling is used in turret of CNC lathe, machining centre, robot,

gas turbine and airplane, etc.

High precision measurement:

• We offer all kinds of specification, including : 8T, 10T, 12T, 24T, 36T, 60T,

72T and 360T.

• Special order also acceptable.

• Uses SCM415H material. After heat treating the temper remains HRc58 and it

has high rigidity & durable impact force.

• High accuracy, interchangeable and that accuracy remains the same after

long term use.

• Tooth profile six side acute angles is the bevel edge that cause the fragment

influence precision by against collision.

• Indexing accuracy:±3 sec. Repeatability: 1sec
