Since 1992, I have been engaged in pioneering grant funded research in Social Sciences (higher

education, language planning, faculty development, as well as gender and education). I have authored /

co-authored and edited 12 Books, as well as published my research findings in books published by

reputed publishers and articles in internationally recognized peer reviewed journals and academic

encyclopedias. In addition, I have contributed numerous columns to English newspapers. I have also

presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences and universities as keynote,

plenary, featured, and invited speaker.
