Carried out complete restructuring/ reorganization of the corporation. Expanded nationwide satellite TV & Radio FM services. Expanded weekly Radio airtime from 45 to105 hrs and TV from 14 to 75
hrs. Upgraded SW Radio from 50 to 100 KV and started construction of
National TV Centre; Strengthened 13 nationwide news gathering and programming capacity
and networking. Prepared Master Plans for HRD, Business and Multi Service Operation
(MSO); and Lead numerous delegations to media related regional/ international
summits/ conferences, and strengthened worldwide networks with

Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs Dzongda, Dzongkhag Administration, Dagana As the CEO and Chairman of the DYT and Member of the National Assembly, responsible for the overall budget, planning and implementation of development activities and monitoring of law and order situation in the district. Key Achievements:
100% achievement of the Dzongkhag’s 8th Five Year Plan implementation. Also initiated various non-plan projects like construction of 17.5 km new feeder road from Dagapela to Gesarling, road widening and resurfacing of 88 KM Sunkosh-Daga road, construction of Shathong Goenpa and Dagapela Lhakhangs and country’s First Village Olympics.
Implemented one of the most successful Dzongkhag resettlement programmes.
Implemented Emergency Food Relief operations during road blocks in 1998 successfully.
