HuntingHunting is how people get their food and keep their family safe. It sometimes is just for entertainment. It is also done in Texas a lot. It gives us fresh meat. It is a lot of fun if you hunt and to describe it, it is shooting wild animals.By: Jacob and Zackary

Cowboys by Jonathan and Remington A cowboy is basically a livestock owner in North America , who is almost always on horseback.

The cowboy tradition came from Spain and then it was it was imported in to Texas in the 16th century.

Cowboys are important today because we want to keep the tradition alive . It is also important in OUR familys because our family are big cattle ranchers and very country like. .

Texas BaseballIn Texas, baseball is very important . One of our most popular teams is the Texas Rangers. They are important to us because they are from Texas and their colors are Red , White, and Blue. Also they support us by playing hard , getting dirty , and swinging bats. BY : Tahjae and Hannah

Wild Animals! By anahi & MelissaSome wild animals are important to Texas. Such as armadillos, long horns, buffalos, and raccoons. They are important to Texas because they can skin them for warmth and clothes. Also it is part of nature. All of these animals have fur except armadillos. Armadillos have a shell to protect them . The other animals have fur for warmth.
