It’s almost a cliché in the business world, employees’ engagement matters. Researches have consistently shown that employees and their behavior are at the center of business success. Engaged employees are more productive and more willing to go extra miles for their companies. Permsit Lamprasitipon, Ph.D. is a Human-Centered Design evangelist, and also a counseling psychologist. He is an instructor for Design Thinking and Designing Your Life for both private and government sectors. He is Thailand’s representative and a Certified Designing Your Life Coach from the author Bill Burnett and Dave Evans. Past experiences included, marketing research, consultant, corporate social responsibilities, and innovation team.
