Sisig is a Capampangan delicacy made of chopped meat traditionally flavored with black pepper, soy sauce, citrus, and chopped onions. Mama Sita’s Sisig Mix gives the full flavor of Capampangan Sisig in a convenient way.

Prepared from rare naturally-ripe Philippine guavas so prized for their intense flavor.
