Moderated wrap-up interview sessions will be running at the studio during the meeting

comprehensive knowledge and professional experience in depth on selected key topics of

current issues.

6th TCTAP Best Young Scientist Award

This award is intended to acknowledge, recognize mid-level young clinical investigators

whose academic clinical research or case study can lead to the development of

cardiovascular medicine. The award is presented during TCTAP conference and the

recipient receives a $5,000 scholarship and certificate of recognition.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If a registrant is unable to attend the TCTAP 2018 for any reason, they may be

substituted before April 13(Fri), 2018 at no extra charge.

• In case a registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place

to another person, then the registration fee will be refunded with 15% deduction of

administration fee.

• To cancel your registration, please submit the written refund request form to the

secretariat (cvrf@summitmd.com). The refund will be made within 30 working days

after the TCTAP 2018.

• No refunds will be given on and after April 14, 2018.

4. Visa Requirements / Letter of Invitation

• If you require a visa to visit Korea, please check with your local embassy of the Republic

of Korea or consulate to obtain the necessary documents. In addition, please allow

enough time to process your visa.

• Regarding invitation letters, we are pleased to send the invitation to those who are

registered and whose payment has been verified. So please be informed that you will

have to pay the registration fee in advance before the letter will be prepared.

• This does not imply a commitment from the CVRF to provide any financial support, nor

a guarantee that the consulate will issue the visa.
