TRACK LYRICS:

1

Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. Jesu, joy of man's desiring, Holy wisdom, love most bright; Drawn by Thee, our souls aspiring Soar to uncreated light. 2. Word of God, our flesh that fashioned, With the fire of life impassioned, Striving still to truth unknown, Soaring, dying round Thy throne. 3.Through the way where hope is guiding, Hark, what peaceful music rings; Where the flock, in Thee confiding, Drink of joy from deathless springs. 4. Theirs is beauty's fairest pleasure; Theirs is wisdom's holiest treasure. Thou dost ever lead Thine own In the love of joys unknown. Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach in 1723. English transcription by pianist Myra Hess (1890–1965).

All Glory Laud and Honour ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. All glory, laud, and honour To thee, Redeemer, King, To whom the lips of children Made sweet hosannas ring. Thou art the King of Israel, Thou David's royal Son, Who in the Lord's name comest, The King and Blessed One!

2. The company of angels Are praising Thee on high, And mortal men and all things Created make reply. The people of the Hebrews With palms before Thee went; Our praise and prayer and anthems Before Thee we present.

3. To Thee, before Thy passion, They sang their hymns of praise; To Thee, now high exalted, Our melody we raise. Thou didst accept their praises; Accept the praise we bring, Who in all good delightest, Thou good and gracious King.

Text: Theodulph of Orleans, translated by John M. Neale. Music: Melchoir Treschner.

God Of Our Fathers ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. God of our fathers, whose almighty hand Leads forth in beauty all the starry band Of shining worlds in splendor through the skies: Our grateful songs before Thy throne arise. 2. Thy love divine has led us in the past; In this free land by Thee our lot is cast; Be Thou our Ruler, Guardian, Guide, and Stay; Thy Word our law, Thy paths our chosen way. 3. From war’s alarms, from deadly pestilence Be Thy strong arm our ever sure defense. Thy true religion in our hearts increase; Thy bounteous goodness nourish us in peace. 4. Refresh Thy people on their toilsome way; Lead us from night to never ending day; Fill all our lives with love and grace devine, And glory, laud and praise be ever Thine!

O for a Thousand Tongues to Sing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. O for a thousand tongues to sing My great Redeemer's praise, The glories of my God and King, The triumphs of his grace! 2. My gracious Master and my God, Assist me to proclaim, To spread thru' all the earth abroad The honours of Thy Name. 3. Jesus! the Name that charms our fears, That bids our sorrows cease, Tis music in the sinner's ears, Tis life and health and peace. 4. He breaks the power of cancelled sin, He sets the prisoner free; His blood can make the foulest clean; His blood availed for me. 5. To God Be The Glory ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1. To God be the glory, great things He hath done; So loved He the world that He gave us His Son, who yielded His life an atonement for sin, and opened the life-gate that all may go in. Refrain: Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the earth hear His voice! Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the people rejoice! O come to the Father thro' Jesus the Son, and give Him the glory, great things He hath done! 2. O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood! To ev'ry believer the promise of God; the vilest offender who truly believes, that moment from Jesus a pardon receives. [Refrain] 3. Great things He has taught us, great things He hath done, and great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son; but purer and higher and greater will be our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see. He's Everything to Me ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In the stars His handiwork I see, On the wind He speaks with majesty, Though He ruleth over land and sea, What is that to me? I will celebrate Nativity, For it has a place in history, Sure, He came to set His people free, What is that to me? Till by faith I met Him face to face, and I felt the wonder of His grace, Then I knew that He was more than just a God who didn't care, That lived a way out there and Now He walks beside me day by day, Ever watching o'er me lest I stray, Helping me to find that narrow way, He's Everything to me. Text/Music: Ralph Carmichael (Born May 27, 1927)

Reach Out to Jesus ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. Is your burden heavy as you bear it all alone? Does the road you travel, harbour dangers yet unknown? Are you growin' weary in the struggle of it all? Jesus will help you with all His name you call 2. He's always there hearing every prayer, faithful and true Walking by our side, in His love we hide all the day through When you get discouraged just remember what to do Reach out to Jesus, He's reaching out to you 3. Is the life you're living filled with sorrow and dispair? Does the future press you with its worry and its scare? Are you tired and jealous, have you almost lost your way? Jesus will help you, just talk to Him today

Something Good Is Going To Happen ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1. Right there in the dust, he sat by the gate, To listen to footsteps and patiently wait. The blind man just didn't dream that this was the day That Jesus of Nazareth would pass by his way. Chorus: Something good is going to happen to you Happen to you this very day. Something good is going to happen to you Jesus of Nazareth is passing your way. 2. She stood by the well, so tired and alone, Misfortune and heartache was all she had known, She looked at the stranger, but who would ever think, 'Twas Jesus to offer her living water to drink. 3. They were only wee children so happy at play And told to stay quiet and out of the way; But then came the Saviour with arms open wide, They're part of His kingdom, make room by His side. 4. My friend if you're listening now humbly to me Yes this is the moment that you can be free This very same Jesus is right here today; Release your faith and touch Him, then believe me when I say.

When I Survey The Wondrous Cross ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. When I survey the wondrous cross on which the Prince of Glory died, my richest gain I count but loss, and pour contempt on all my pride. 2. Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast save in the cross of Christ, my God! All the vain things that charm me most, I sacrifice them to his blood. 3. See, from His head, His hands, His feet, sorrow and love flow mingled down. Did e'er such love and sorrow meet, or thorns compose so rich a crown? 4. Were the whole realm of nature mine, that were an offering far too small. Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all.

Text: Isaac Watts (1674-1748) Arranged: Adapted by Edward Miller (1731-1807) Music: J.S. Bach & Gregorian Chant arranged by Lowell Mason (1792-1872)

How Firm A Foundation ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. How firm a foundation, ye saints of the Lord, is laid for your faith in His excellent Word! What more can He say than to you He hath said, to you who for refuge to Jesus have fled?

2. Fear not, I am with thee; O be not dismayed; for I am thy God, and will still give thee aid; I'll strengthen thee, help thee, and cause thee to stand, upheld by my righteous, omnipotent hand.

3. When through the deep waters I call thee to go, the rivers of sorrow shall not overflow; for I will be with thee, your troubles to bless, and sanctify to thee, in your deepest distress.

4. When through fiery trials your pathway shall lie, My grace, all-sufficient, shall be your supply; the flame shall not hurt thee; I only design thy dross to consume and thy gold to refine.

5. In every condition, in sickness, in health, in poverty's vale, or abounding in wealth; At home and abroad, on the land, on the sea, as thy days may demand shall thy strength ever be.

6. The soul that on Jesus hath leaned for repose, I will not, I will not desert to his foes; that soul, though all hell should endeavour to shake, I'll never, no never, no never forsake.

Make Me A Blessing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1. Out in the highways and byways of life, Many are weary and sad; Carry the sunshine where darkness is rife, Making the sorrowing glad.

Refrain: Make me a blessing, make me a blessing, Out of my life may Jesus shine; Make me a blessing, O Saviour, I pray, Make me a blessing to someone today. [Refrain]

2. Tell the sweet story of Christ and His love, Tell of His pow’r to forgive; Others will trust Him if only you prove True, every moment you live. [Refrain]

The New 23rd ~~~~~~~~~~~~

Because the Lord is my shepherd, I have everything that I need. He lets me rest in meadows green and leads me beside the quiet stream; He keeps on giving life to me and helps me to do what honours Him the most. Even when walking thru the dark valley of death, valley of death, I will never be afraid, for He is close beside me. Guarding, guiding all the way, He spreads a feast before me In the presence of my enemies He welcomes me as His special guest. With blessings overflowing, His goodness and unfailing kindness shall be with me all of my life, And afterwards I will live with Him, I will live with Him, forever in His home, forever in His home.

If My People ~~~~~~~~~~~ If My people, which are called by My name, Shall humble themselves, shall humble themselves and pray; If my people which are called by My name, Shall seek My face and turn from their wicked ways; Then will I hear from heaven, Then will I hear from heaven, Then will I hear and will forgive, forgive their sin. If My people, which are called by My name, Shall humble themselves, shall humble themselves and pray; I will forgive their sin, I will forgive their sin, I will forgive their sin, And heal their land. If My people, which are called by My name, Shall humble themselves, shall humble themselves and pray. Text/Music: Jimmy Owens (Born 1930)

Faith Of Our Fathers ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. Faith of our fathers, living still In spite of dungeon, fire and sword, O how our hearts beat high with joy Whene’er we hear that glorious word! Faith of our fathers, holy faith! We will be true to thee till death!

2. Our fathers, chained in prisons dark, Were still in heart and conscience free; And blest would be their children’s fate, If they, like them should die for thee: Faith of our fathers, holy faith! We will be true to thee till death!

3. Faith of our fathers, we will strive To win all nations unto thee; And through the truth that comes from God Mankind shall then be truly free: Faith of our fathers, holy faith! We will be true to thee till death!
